Gregory was born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in Roswell, Georgia. His mother’s side of the family has been rooted in the Tampa area for over 100 years and is still active in the Tampa Bay real estate market. He returned to Tampa in 2006 to attend the University of South Florida as a Legacy, where his father and sister also graduated. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Biology.
Greg decided to pursue a career in real estate due to his passion in the field and the exploding growth associated with the Tampa Bay market. After years of living in Tampa, Greg is working to become fluent in Spanish and thoroughly enjoys any opportunity to speak the language. Aside from real estate, he has worked in the hospitality industry for the past ten years. When he is not working, he loves cooking and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities Florida has to offer with his two dogs.
Greg’s Florida roots, accompanied by his southern charm and ability to communicate in Spanish provide a unique skillset that sets him apart. His work ethic, drive and passion for real estate are second to none. With a desire to know every up to date market statistic in a consistently changing market and a keen ability to negotiate, Greg can equally benefit Buyers, Sellers and Investors in any type of real estate transaction.
